Sepak takraw is a sport that born in the south east of Asia. It is a mixture of football and volleyball, it is a very popular sport these countries: Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Laos and Indonesia. The pitch is divided in two squares and in each one of the squares there are two semicircles and one circle. That circle is situated in the middle of the each one of the squares. The ball is singular because it is made of synthetic fibre for this reason it doesn’t weight. The net is situated in the middle of the pitch and his height is 1,52 metres for men and 1,42 for women. The players are three in each team. The two more important selections are Malaysia and Thailand.
