THE HUNGER GAMES

General information:

The hunger games is a film of science fiction and action. It was released in March in 2012. The director is Gary Ross but the film is based on a book by Suzanne Collins. The main characters are Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Banks, Liam Hemsworth and Woody Harrelson.

Plot:

The story is about Panem (the country where they live) and it’s divided in 12 districts. They celebrate every year the hunger games that consists of killing the other people in a virtual world. Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark represent district 12, there are 24 people in the games. Days before he do some physical tests and the judges evaluate them. During the games Katniss has a friend (Rue) but she dies in the middle of the games. The ability of Katniss is archery, thanks to that she wins the hunger games. Peeta and Katniss have lots of difficulties, but in the end they win.

Opinion:

I recommend this film to people who like movies of action and science fiction. I really like this film because there are many scenes of action and I like it. The scene I liked the most is when they release an enormous dogs and Cato is killed.
