The Hunger games

This film was released in 2008. The director is  Gary Ross and the film is based on the novel of the same name by Suzanne Collins. The principal characters are  Caesar Flickerman, Seneca Crane, Katniss Everdeen, Effie Trinket, Gale Hawthorne and Peeta Mellark.

Plot

Katniss is from district 12 and in the raffle Katniss and Peeta Mellark are obligated to participle in these games. These games are created to survive or die. Everyone is going to die except one participant. These games are dominated by scientists, if you don’t try to survive you die. In the game Peeta goes with a group and Katniss tries to survive. When they are sleeping Katniss makes a honeycomb fall in their face and they die. Peeta makes a group with Katniss and a lot of people die. They don’t want to survive alone. They catch a poisonous fruit and when they are going to eat it, the scientist announces: Stop! You win.

I like this film because it is an action film and I like this genre.
